If you haven't been to the Sanctuary then you probably haven't met the two, sweetest dogs ever! Ike & Annie, or as we fondly call them, "The Beagles." They are a bonded pair and are soooo sweet together! We've provided them with a dog house each, both stuffed with plenty of warm straw, but it's rare to see them take advantage of this luxury. Mostly they just share one house. We also give them their own pan of kibble, but usually they'll share one pan until it's gone, then go share the other. Today, even in the rain, they came out to meet me and get, and give, their daily dose of affection. As much as I would miss these loves, I sure wish we could find a foster, or forever, home where they could live out the rest of their lives together.
